How Partners Are Selected
We only refer people we have worked with directly or whose work we have observed closely over time. Reputation is not enough — we need firsthand experience of how they think and operate.
Partners share our values: clear communication, honest assessment, quality over volume, and respect for the client's strategic context.
We do not take referral fees. Our recommendations are based solely on fit between client needs and partner capabilities.
