Careers at Sequency Digital
This is not a typical agency environment. We are a small, focused consultancy built around clarity, judgment, and thoughtful decision-making.
How We Work Internally
We operate as a small, high-trust team. We prioritise judgment over process, clarity over activity, and quality over volume.
There is no middle management, no timesheets, and no deliverable theatre. We measure success by client outcomes and strategic clarity — not by hours logged or tasks completed.
Communication is asynchronous by default. Meetings are rare and purposeful. Deep work is protected. We expect people to manage themselves.
Who Thrives Here
Independent thinkers
People who form their own views, challenge assumptions, and are comfortable being wrong in pursuit of being right.
Clear communicators
People who can express complex ideas simply, write well, and are comfortable with direct feedback in both directions.
Self-directed operators
People who do not need to be managed. Who know what good looks like and hold themselves to that standard without external pressure.
Long-term thinkers
People who understand that reputation compounds. Who make decisions based on what they would be proud of in five years, not five weeks.
What This Is Not
This is not a startup with rapid scaling ambitions. Growth is deliberate, not explosive.
This is not an agency with billable hour targets. We do not measure contribution by time spent.
This is not a place for people who need external validation, constant feedback, or collaborative decision-making on every issue.
If you thrive in structured environments with clear progression paths and regular management touchpoints, you will likely find Sequency frustrating.
Open Roles
We hire rarely and deliberately, typically through referrals from people we already trust. When we do open roles, they are usually in one of these areas:
- Strategy Associate
- Operations & Systems Lead
- Relationship-focused Business Development partner
If something here resonates, reach out with context about how you think — not just what you’ve done.
